These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://harrypotterquiz.world/ (the "Service"). By using the Service, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who We Are
The Service is an independent fan-made website offering Harry Potter themed quizzes and generators. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Warner Bros., J.K. Rowling, or any rights holder of the Harry Potter franchise. All trademarks and copyrighted material belong to their respective owners and are referenced here for entertainment and commentary purposes.
Accounts
You can create an account by signing in with a third-party provider such as Google or Apple. We do not receive your password from those providers. You are responsible for the security of the account you sign in with, and for any activity that happens through your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you would like your account and associated data deleted, write to [email protected].
Acceptable Use
When using the Service you agree not to:
- break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or the systems behind them;
- interfere with the normal operation of the Service, including by automated scraping, flooding, or overloading it;
- submit content that is unlawful, hateful, abusive, or deliberately misleading to the generators or any other input field;
- copy substantial parts of the Service's content for republication without permission.
Content You Submit
Some features — for example the spell generator, the name generator and the patronus quiz — accept text you provide and produce a result. You keep whatever rights you have in the text you submit, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and display it as part of operating the Service, including displaying generated results on public result pages.
Do not submit personal data about yourself or others in these fields. Generated results are produced automatically by third-party AI models, may be inaccurate or unexpected, and are provided purely for entertainment.
Emails
If you opt in to marketing emails, we may send you news, new quizzes and occasional promotional messages. You can withdraw that consent at any time on your account page or via the unsubscribe link in any such email. We may still send you essential service messages related to your account.
Availability and Changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for any loss of data or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
